Following a devastating fire, ADC acquired this property, the location of the former family- owned Weiland’s Hardware Store at the prominent corner of Main St. and W. Broad St. in Bethlehem’s downtown core. The exterior of the ca. 1870’s historic building will be duplicated, the interior will be built-to-suit for an upscale restaurant owned by a Lehigh Valley entrepreneur.

Caramoor Village is a 114-unit active adult community with an 74-bed assisted living facility affording the opportunity for a continuum of care for seniors. The Shoppes at Caramoor Village is a 25,000 s.f. convenience retail center with a drug store, a restaurant, and a bank. A 15,000 s.f. office building has been completed in conjunction with the mixed-use development. Ashley Development acquired the land and all permits, with construction commencing in 2003. The turn-key development was sold to Caracor Development Company upon completion in 2004, ADC worked closely with the new owner on leasing.

St. Luke’s at Union Station is a historic 25,0000 square foot health and wellness center in South Bethlehem’s Business District. St. Luke’s at Union Station is a historic rehabilitation and adaptive re-use project that transformed a ca. 1900 passenger rail station into a state-of-the-art health and wellness center for St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network. When passenger rail service was discontinued in the 1970’s, the station was abandoned. Demolition by neglect nearly caused the collapse of this historic edifice. Rehabilitation has been certified by the National Park Service.
